Fernleigh Avenue

This 4 unit townhouse development was built by RJK Build in 2021 for our development company.

These 3 bedroom, 2 and half bathroom townhouses were a clever and neat design and popular in the market.

The build started in March 2021 and was completed in October 2021 by our team of skilled carpenters. The Cedar cladding on the upper level required a fine eye for detail to achieve the stunning finish.

Woodbine Ave

 

This boutique terraced 5 townhouse development in Greenlane was built for a client in 2020, and was completed on budget and schedule despite COVID interruptions.

The success of the build was ensured by a great working relationship between RJKBuild, the architect and clients.
